Southwest Pediatrics is located in Professional Building #1 next to Seton Southwest Hospital. Our building is on the "downhill" side nearest FM 1826. Dr. Jolet and Dr. Patil see patients in suite 240 (second floor, turn right when you leave the elevator). Dr. Fasci and Dr. Rimer see patients in suite 220, second floor, turn left when you leave the elevator). Dr. Fyda will alternate sides.

Office Hours:
Our office is open 8-5 Monday-Friday. We are closed on major holidays and on weekends. Urgent care appointments available on Saturday 10-12.  Phones are not answered between the hours of 12-1 to allow our staff to take a lunch break. When the office is closed for the day, you still have access to urgent medical advice 24 hours/day. To learn more about after-hours care, click here:

Our physicians have slightly different schedules and are summarized as follows:

Dr Fasci:

Monday-Friday 8-5

Dr. Jolet:

Monday 8-5 Tuesday 9-5 Wednesday 8-12 Thursday 8-12 Friday 8-12

Dr. Patil:

Monday 8-5 Tuesday 7-2 Wednesday 7-2 Thursday 7-2 Friday 8-5

Dr. Rimer:

Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5 with every other Thursday afternoon off

Dr. Fyda

Monday - Friday 1 - 5 with many full days when covering for vacations, conferences, etc.

Insurance Plans Accepted:
We accept most major insurance plans. This list is subject to change without further notice, but we do make every effort to keep the list updated. Not all physicians take all insurance plans, so please check the list with the link below.
