Our staff is well-trained and ready to help.
From greeting your child at their next check up, processing referrals, returning calls about sick kids, measuring well babies and making sure your insurance is filed correctly, our staff does a lot! All medical assistants and triage staff are certified and have undergone specific training and sign-offs to make sure their technique meets our strict approval.
Dedicated Medical Assistants
Each provider has medical assistant that works with them directly and takes care of the majority of that doctor’s patients – including rooming patients and calling with lab results.
Our medical assistants receive questions throughout the day via our triage line. If the answer is quick and covered by our protocols, they will answer you promptly. More urgent concerns are addressed first, and calls received after 4 pm on the triage line will be returned by the next business day. Any other questions will be forwarded to your doctor for further discussion. As telemedicine has become a more convenient effective tool, we will convert many of these questions to telemedicine visits to avoid the potential for miscommunication and to more thoroughly understand your concern.
Front Desk Staff
Our front desk staff will greet you and make sure all administrative and financial tasks are handled efficiently and accurately, with a friendly face. They also are in charge of the lollipops and stickers at check out!
Many of our staff have been with us for many years – some as many as 15 years!
